Sunday & Monday: Sossusvlei Depart Windhoek by light aircraft for Sossusvlei Wilderness Camp. Activities include early morning excursions in 4x4's to see Sossusvlei's magnificent dunes and the vlei itself. Breakfast is served under the spreading camel-thorn acacias before returning to camp via the Sesriem Canyon. Afternoons are spent exploring the surrounding desert with its unique flora and fauna and some game, including springbok, gemsbok and ostrich.
Tuesday & Wednesday: Damaraland Fly over the dunes of the Namib and Sossusvlei continuing westward to Meob Bay on the Atlantic, and up the Skeleton Coast, before turning east and flying up the Huab River to Damaraland Camp. Stop on the way at Walvis Bay for a great boat trip. View seals, dolphins and maybe penguins and whales. Damaraland Camp is set on the north bank of the Huab River. Highlights of the stay at Damaraland Camp are nature excursions into the rocky desert in search of the rare and endangered desert elephant, springbok, oryx, ostrich and rhino.
Thursday & Friday: Etosha Fly by light aircraft from Damaraland Camp to Ongava. Ongava is set on the southwestern border of Etosha National Park. Activities include daily game drives into Etosha National Park, as well as evening game drives, bush walks and game viewing hides on the privately owned Ongava Game Reserve.
Saturday: Windhoek Depart Ongava for your flight back to Windhoek.
