Ngorongoro Conservation Area is situated some 190km west of Arusha, between Lake Manyara and Serengeti National Park.

Accommodation

Ngorongoro Crater Lodge is made up of three villages, the North and South Camps, with 12 suites each, and the Tree Camp which has 6 suites, all with en-suite bathrooms, private deck and lounge with fireplace. Each suite is discreetly tended by a personal butler who will bring tea in bed and stoke the fireplace.

Ngorongoro Crater Lodge is inspired in design by African architecture, the Maasai manyatta. It is a magnificent return to the elegance of the travelling Colonial nobility. Ngorongoro Crater Lodge has 3 camps that each operate independently. Each has a central living area, domed dining room, outdoor dining deck and viewing decks overlooking the crater. There is a communal safari shop and gallery.
