Located within the Etosha National Park, to the south west of the Etosha Pan, this camp is the most popular within the park and houses the Etosha Ecological Institute. 490km from Windhoek International Airport.

Accommodation

There are 5 permier and 30 chalets overlooking a waterhole, and 20 bush chalets with barbecue facilities, 2 family rooms and 40 double rooms. All rooms are en-suite with air-conditioning and tea/coffee making facilities.

Recently upgraded, Okaukuejo offers a tranquil experience in the midst of a wildlife oasis. The flood-lit waterhole offers guests the opportunity to enjoy a spectacle of wildlife at close quarters, as the animals congregate at the water?s edge to drink. Namibia Wildlife Resorts also offers guided morning, afternoon and night safaris. Etosha National Park is home to four of the ?Big Five?: lion; leopard; elephant and rhino. Other facilities include a restaurant, bar, shop, kiosk and swimming pool.
