This integrated tourism group houses five divisions all contributing to the varied services that are on offer within the tourism field.

CONTRACTS / OPERATIONS DEPT - DATA CAPTURE AND ANALYSIS

Here the team capture the data that the buyers bring in. Loading the computer operating system in order to service its reservation call centres, by having rates and information available to the reservations consultants. The staff here are required to be desk bound and to enjoy attention to detail and accuracy, and at the same time learn much about the operating area of tourism.

BUYING DEPT - NEGOTIATING SKILLS

This department is charged with the purchasing of every service that links a tour product or package holiday together, eg. airfares, hotel accommodation, car hire, etc. Buyers and their assistants have to be negotiators and accurate in their computations. Once seniority is reached, reasonable travel ability is expected.

ACCOUNTS DEPT - DEBTORS, CREDITORS + TOURING CLERKS

A busy accounts team is highly motivated by a steady and committed group of people who are considered professionals in the business. Loyalty and trustworthiness are key characteristics of the members of this Department.

RECEPTIONISTS & SWITCHBOARD DEPT.

A team of busy efficient and friendly people, willing to serve and who are proud of being the face of this established Travel Group.

TOUR OPERATING DEPT - HOLIDAY CONSULTING + RESERVATIONS

Our Tours division deal over the phone with all of the travel agents of Kwa Zulu Natal. A call centre with a difference? selling the world through a quotation process and making holiday dreams come true.

RETAIL LEISURE DEPT - TRAVEL CONSULTING

Travel agency which deals directly with the leisure traveller.

RETAIL CORPORATE DEPT - TRAVEL CONSULTING

Travel agency which deals with business travel.

TOURING DEPT - TOUR CO-ORDINATION + RESERVATIONS

Touring and Safaris are our wheels business and this operational head office co-ordinates all the activities of our overland escorted tours from behind their desks ? making bookings for all the elements that a tour is made up of and dispatching the documentation with the guides to meet the tour parties.

INBOUND TOUR OPERATING DEPT - TOUR CONSULTING + RESERVATIONS

Our Inbound Tour Operating division deals with worldwide tour sellers via e-mail, putting tour itineraries together within Southern Africa. The enjoyment of working with people from all over the world, understanding their habits and likes, and offering them our region is such a pleasure.
