Day 1: Arrive Lusaka 
On arrival at Lusaka Airport transfer onto a light aircraft for your flight to Mfuwe. From Mfuwe airstrip you are transferred to your tented camp which is situated in the South Luangwa National Park. Kalamu Tented Camp overlooks a well-used crossing point on the Luangwa River
and the distant Muchinga escarpment provides a wonderful vista from the camp.

Day 2: South Luangwa National Park
Today spend the day focusing on the Luangwa River with both game drives and walks exploring its banks, fringing woodland and open scrub. The famed ?walking safari? in fact first took place in this Park.

Day 3: South Luangwa / Kafue
Embark on a light aircraft transfer from Mfuwe to Lunga River Lodge. The Lunga River is one of the three main arteries of the Kafue and is characterised by a thin but lush ribbon of riverine woodland flanking its waters. This river is unique and offers a thoroughly different atmosphere to many other major river systems within south-central Africa.

Day 4: Kafue National Park
Activities at Lunga focus on the river from which the camp takes its name, with the opportunity to explore this fantastic system by boat, on foot along its banks, or by vehicle in the fringing woodlands and dambos (open, grassy areas).

Day 5: Kafue National Park
Transfer from Lunga River Lodge to either Shumba Camp / Kapinga Camp via helicopter. Both camps are located in the Busanga Plains of Kafue National Park, one of the largest national parks in Africa, while the Busanga Plains is one of Zambia?s most significant wetland resource and one of the few areas in the world that remain unspoilt by human development.

Day 6: Kafue National Park
Here guests take part in game drives and walking safaris in and around the plains, while night drives offer the added excitement of observing the nocturnal wonders of the area.

Day 7: Kafue / Livingstone
Today transfer by helicopter to Busanga Airstrip in time to connect with your light aircraft flight to Livingstone Airport. On arrival at Livingstone Airport you will be met and transferred to your lodge, which is situated on the Zambian side of the mighty Zambezi River. This afternoon enjoy a guided tour of the Victoria Falls, one of the seven Natural Wonders of the World.

Day 8: Depart Livingstone
After a leisurely breakfast, transfer to Livingstone Airport for your onward flight.
Please note: When travelling in Zambia by light aircraft, the luggage limit is 12kg packed in a soft bag including hand luggage and photographic equipment.
