OPERATIONS COORDINATOR – GROUP TRAVEL
Thompsons Africa is currently recruiting for an Operations Coordinator to join our Groups Reservations team based in Durban.
- Compiling, inserting and distributing rooming lists and services from our Reservations System
- Assisting Group Consultants with doing reconfirmations and availability checks for accommodation and services
- Booking of guides, restaurants, accommodation, coaches and meals for groups
- Assisting in compiling final travel documentations for the groups before they arrive
