• Tracker 101 – A mini tracker course – culminating in a Tracker 101 certificate. Children are taught by a tracker to identify spoor, know the basic tree types and their uses, make casts of tracks, learn about termite mounds, night torch of the bush and other interesting bush knowledge.
• Learn which groceries are available in the bush supermarket – children get to find soap, toothpaste and tooth brush in the bush, make their own paper and write with a porcupine quill.
• Birding – from a brief introduction identifying birds, to making a bird feeder.
• Face Painting – camouflage in the bush.
• Floor Polishing – polish the floors with dung in the traditional Shangaan way.
• Hair Braiding – braiding the hair in the African way.
• Night Events – Idenifying the sounds and learning about the nocturnal animals, cooking bread on the fire, and learning the traditional Shangaan song and dances.
